We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us

Email us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

2. Pack Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with all original tags attached. Include your order number inside the package.

3. Ship Your Return

Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
